Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Associate Teacher. In this role, you will work closely with our lead teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment for students. Your support and collaboration will play a crucial role in the development and success of our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities.
• Provide individualized support to students to help them meet educational goals.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Monitor and maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
• Assist in the assessment and evaluation of student progress.
• Collaborate with lead teachers to create and adapt instructional materials.
• Support students with special needs and provide accommodations as required.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, child development, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certification or coursework in education is a plus.
• Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
• Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
