Inventory Executive

Job Description:

Job Summary:

Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems. Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitors all operational procedures and prepares strategic plans to ensure adherence to departmental standards.
• Operated within information technology (IT) systems to oversee material control and track and record communications.
• Maintained financial records to track property with a complete creditable audit trail of all transactions.
• Develops or updates inventory operating strategies, plans, or procedures.
• Analyzes forecasting data to improve business decisions.
• Provides input in the hiring of all new personnel in inventory management.
• Prepares detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.

                Coordinated with personnel to identify all obsolete inventory and dispose of accordingly

                Monitored and ensured accuracy of all inventory transactions and maintained records of all stock                   locations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools for documentation and record-keeping.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customs clearance processes and regulations would be advantageous.
• Managing and coordinating documentation processes.
