- Will be responsible for travelling to various local areas in the assigned region to perform sales activities (Field Work)
- Sales through face-to-face interaction and visiting local vendors, B 2 B and B 2 C sales.
- Making recommendations as per the customers to improve the marketing strategies.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Taking Sales orders from the customers after visiting personally or over the phone and forwarding the same to the factory
- Sending Introduction Letters to the customers, the list provided by the Director and follow-up for enquiries and orders, updating the same to the Director.
- Reporting weekly and monthly to the management
- To work under the guidance of the director to help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives.
- Try to sort out queries from customer/s under the guidance of the Director.
- Coordinate with factory for order pending and dispatch
- Coordinate with the company’s retail shop for orders received from the local buyers
- Coordinate with customers for pending payments and follow up
- Coordinate with the accounts department for the payment directly deposited into the account.
- Doing proper filing and documentation physically and digitally.
- Updating and providing all sales details to the Management as and when required.
- At the time of the Annual Sales Meeting, Prepare all Sales details, attend Meeting and subsequently prepare and document the Minutes of the meeting.
- Develop and implement Sales strategies to target local customer for new business development
- Analyze and collect competitor information to improve sales strategies
- Set target, evaluate and monitor to ensure company targets are met
- Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the local market
- Stay up-to-date on current market trends
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Staying current in the industry by attending workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
- Produce various literature, signage, merchandise, and other materials to be used at field marketing events
- Manage social media activity
