Assistant Manager HR, Mohali
Job Description:
Looking for Asst. HR Manager/ Sr. HR Executive to perform personnel-related administrative tasks. The person will support the HR department based in UK with sending, receiving and chasing employee reference requests and maintaining records by updating the HR Database.
Responsibilities & Duties:
—Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
—Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
—Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
—Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
—Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
—Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
—Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
—Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
—Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
—A highly motivated minimum 4 years experience
—Candidate with exposure to MNC HR Operations will be preferred
—Excellent command of the English Language, both spoken and written.
—Very good command on PayRoll and Statutory compliances
—PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications.
—Excellent accuracy and time-management skills.
—Team working skills
