About You
As an experienced Human Resource Executive, you will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews and building a knowledge able culture for our team of goal-getters.
You will make the impossible possible!

What do you need to bring?

  • 3+ years of proven experience in the Human Resource area
  • Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive roles
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and handling HR management tools
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  • Understanding of recruitment and on boarding activities
  • Strong knowledge about employee life cycle and its activities
  • Effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Very high motivation to drive our family & culture actively towards our vision
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Very good English skills in written and spoken

A day in the life of our Business Development Executive

  • Leading the recruitment process, including contribution in selection and interviewing of candidates.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization to accomplish our vision
  • Managing hiring activities
  • Champion the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role in relation to the process
  • Mentoring our staff to contribute positively to our family
  • Driver of fun and team building activities to improve work culture and evolve the family spirit
  • Solving as professional moderator conflicts on personal level between family member and/or organization
  • Taking ownership about the necessary administrative and financial duties towards the organization like HR reports, benefits, wage reviews and may more.
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve compliance with workplace safety and health regulations and take ownership of implementing them.
  • Secure the compliance of our policy and manage potential violations
  • Build a deep & trustworthy relation to the family
