IT Delivery Manager
Job Description:
The Software Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the customer delivery process across different products teams in the company ensuring timely and successful deployment of NetScore SaaS solutions. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including software developers, quality assurance professionals, product owners and external stakeholders to plan, implement and deliver NetScore SaaS solutions. Manages and reports companywide product development activities, identifies risks and implements strategies to mitigate them.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company wide software delivery process, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality objectives.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, and dependencies.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying risks, issues and deviations from the plan. Able to handle project escalations on demand basis.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of project activities.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between development teams and stakeholders.
- Implement and improve software development processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and delivery effectiveness.
- Ensure that software projects adhere to quality standards and best practices.
- Manage relationships with external vendors or partners involved in software delivery, if applicable.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to management, highlighting project milestones, risks, and achievements.
- Build relations with key customers, maintain high customer success rate, conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys and improve NPS score.
- Conduct monthly reviews of resource utilization across product development teams, track loading factor, access hiring requirements in conjunction with HRD, product managers and report to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing and overseeing the successful development and deployment of ERP & eCommerce add-on applications in either NetSuite, Sales force, Microsoft dynamics, Ramco, Infor or Navision/GreatPlains.
- Should have prior strong hands-on experience in project and account management and handling customer escalations.
- Experience working with SMB customers in the Retail, Wholesale distribution and General businesses verticals in desired.
- Strong work experience in implementing DevOps, Agile and Lean Methodologies.
- Should have experience in managing US Projects and ability to work in US/APAC time zones as required.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Software product delivery experience is mandatory for this position.
