Engineer Testing - Electrical

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for Testing activities for testing department for safe and healthy work environment.

Perform the test as per standards & customer requirements., Prepare test report and record of test results.

Maintain traceability & identification of testing samples and testing records.

Maintain Lab equipment’s in good condition, verify calibration status before use. Reporting all deficiencies (e.g., equipment malfunctions) in the appropriate manner.

Identifies and records nonconformities in ERP, Participation in investigation of non-conformities, identify potential route cause.

Monitor, control and record environmental conditions necessary for the performance of the laboratory activities.

Maintain records as per approved QSP& SOP.

Ensure no repeat breakdown of test equipment, leading to downtime more than 4 hours.Breakdown rectification of lab equipment’s, update checklist to protect repeat breakdown.

Testing to be perform in presence of customer representative

Identification of Risk/deviation of management system

Skills & Basic Requirements for the Position ::

Minimum Diploma in Electrical heaving at least 1 years of work experience.

Commitment for the work & Good Communication skills

 Customer Inspection completion 

Relationship within department, other relating departments (production,dispatch, sales etc.)
