Project Finance Co-ordinator

Job Description:

Tally ERP, MS Office, Internet. Knowledge of CaseWare software will
be added advantage.

Minimum one year experience in CA/ consultancy company

a.Preparation of financial model for ongoing projects in coordination with Business development Team
b. Meeting/discussion with banks/institutions, both on-shore and off-shore, for raising financial resources for executing various projects being implemented by clients of firm.
c. Analysis and evaluation of Project Documents and financialmodelling.
d. Finalization of the Loan Documents with Lenders Legal Council
e. Collaboration with banks and/or investment bankers to raise additional capital as required for acquisitions or expansions, at a least cost.
f Efficiently preparing Information Memorandum and Financial Model to estimate the Capex & Opex requirements, equity & project IRR, IDC,
DSCR, DSRA etc.
g. Coordinating with Banks/Financial Institutions , both on-shore and off-shore, for credit appraisal, assessment of loan proposals.
h. Negotiation of term sheets and executing financing documents
i. Working capital financing including analysis of working capital requirement, preparation of CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement Optimizing interest cost
j. Assisting to audit department to execute various audits.

Must have got above 55 marks in auditing paper in CA Final
exam/IPCC. CA Inter post article ship 2 to 4 years of experience.
