Neev Jobs Hiring Branch Sales Manager at Ahmedabad!!
We required Branch Sales Manager for a Upcoming NBFC for there Affordable Housing Product at Ahmedabad.
Should be work in local market for Home loan or Mortgage loan for around 4 years.
CTC will be around 5 to 8 lakh.

- To meet sales volume and target numbers for branch
- Passion to work in affordable housing finance segment catering to underserved segment of society
- Sound knowledge and deep understanding of Local market segments and Real Estate sector
- Lead a team of 7-8 sales officers
- To foster high degree of team spirit and camaraderie
- To monitor the progress of branch and make sales reports and MIS
- Developing new builder relationships and distribution channels for maximum loan growth
- Ensure Operational efficiency and accuracy at the branch
- Preferably MBA (Finance/Marketing) with minimum 4 years experience in Housing Finance / Mortgages
