Job Description:

Sr. Manager / Manager, International Business Development


Education: B.Pharm., B.Sc., and MBA.
Experience: 8 to 15 years of experience in Formulation R & D (MUST)
CTC : No constraint for right candidate
Reporting to : President (Global R&D)

Job Description:

  • Business Development (Corporate Strategy)—International Market (US, EU)
  • Must have experience in US market-out licensing.
  • Mapping existing products to market requirements to different clients (Out-licensing)
  • In licensing of products
  • Bring opportunities for 505b2/ANDA CDMO programs under co-development with the clients
  • Handle the complete new product life cycle, right from identification of opportunity to commercialization of the new product, preparation of the business case, and navigation of the new product approval process through various stages like local approval, regional approval, and headquarter approvals.
  • Manager cross-functional terms for due diligence on the project.
  • Manage the BD strategy for existing product lines and markets.
  • Establish corporate relationships with key decision-makers across various organizational levels.
  • Prepare and be accountable for business development budgets.
  • Manager and achieve financial, operational, and other measures as defined in deliverables and/or KIP’s (Key Performance Indicators) established for the client(s) as part of an on-going client relationship.
  • Responsible for formulating and implementing business development strategies based on the strategic directions and targets of the business in a new market.
  • Create a sales forecast for new products to be launched based on India-specific epidemiology and market data.
  • Identify CMOs for product transfers for the US/EU market and license agreements.
