As a Junior Graphics Designer at T.M.S you will play a crucial role in helping us create visually stunning and effective design solutions. You will work closely with our design team to produce high-quality graphics for various marketing materials, both digital and print. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts and designs for various projects, including marketing collateral, social media content, web graphics, and more.
• Create visually compelling and on-brand graphics that resonate with our target audience.
• Assist in the development and execution of visual content for online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and update design files and assets, ensuring consistency and organization.
• Stay current with design trends and software tools to enhance your design capabilities.
• Work with feedback and make revisions to meet project requirements and client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
