Knowledge & Skills –
1.Need to sign 3 years of Service bond
2.Minimum 2-6 years of experience in sheet metal & stamping assemblies, welding fixtures & gauges, MIG ,TIG,& Spot , Projection welding
3.Basic knowledge press tool.
4.Drawings study for feasibility ,Sheet metal part & assembly
5.Design process flow / operation sequence.
6.Blank strip lay out making in AutoCAD for conventional & progressive tool
7.Raw material proper utilization and yield calculation
8.Part blank development and decide the sequence sheet metal press stamping operation Part tonnage calculation
