Job Description:

Looking after entire gamut of HR activities.
1> Recruitment
Complete end-to-end recruitment process. Co-ordinate with placement agencies /
technical institutes. Universities etc., for recruitment. Scrutinize and shortlist the
applications received. Send interview call letters /mails as required. Conduct
Interviews through panels.  Prepare offer letters, Back ground verifications, pre-
employment medical health check-up etc. as required. 
2> Development of HR Dept. & Policies
 Develop Organization Structure for Human Resources Department and implement
the same.
 Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars.
 Establish departmental measurements that support the accomplishment of the
company's strategic goals.
 Create HR Functional Processes, HR Policies & Procedures, SOPs to execute
various functions in coordination with internal Stakeholders.
 Develop annual manpower plan and budget for the Department
 Continuously monitor annual budget and take appropriate action in line with the
business requirements.
 Create HR-MIS and measures to analyse Departmental effectiveness
3> Induction & Joining Formalities
Inducting the new employee about the Company's Policy & Procedures.
Administrating Joining formalities. Pre- Employment Reference checks.
4> Statutory Functions
Renewal of Factory License, contractual labour license, ER- I, CNV, Minimum Wage
Annual Return, Payment of Wage Annual Return, Contract Labor Act Annual Return,
Apprentice Act APP2-3-4 Enrolment for RI. Compliance of contract form under
Apprentice Act. Annual Return under Bonus Act. Annual Return under Factories Act.
Maintenance of all registers forms and other related documents (Factory Lay out &
Approved Drawing) & records under Bonus/Contract Labour/Factories Act.
5> Contract Labour:
Dealing with Labour Contractors, certifying bills according to the terms & conditions
of contract. Statutory compliances of contract workmen under Contract Labour Act.
Complete criminal verification process of contract workmen through 3 rd party
agencies.
6> Employee Engagement
Participative forum for employee Morale & Motivation, Satisfaction Survey, Annual
Day, Employee Picnic,Dashera Pooja and including workers family visit, Festival
celebrations, Staff and workers family Medical checkup once in a year, Republic Day
celebration and others need based execution of events and developmental activity as
when as required.

7> HR Budget
Developing and ensuring adherence to the HR budget for smooth execution of day-
to-day operations.
8> Training & Development:
Identification of training needs in consultation with HODs. Planning for training
schedules and prepare yearly training calendar in line with training needs identified.
Timely co-ordination and execution of various external training programs attended by
employees as part of Learning and Sharing sessions. Interacting with clients to
ensure training requirements are met. Preparation and timely compilation of various
training MIS. Identifying the training needs of the employees, preparing the training
Calendar, Arranging the Training programs, Evaluating the Training programs.
9> Time Office function (For Sr. Executive – HR)
 Administering attendance details of the employees and according to prepare Daily &
Monthly attendance reports. Providing attendance data to Corporate HR to prepare
salary.
 Payroll process
 Update attendance & leave records of employees in system.
 Provide timely support to all departments with regard to Time Office & Payroll
operations.
 Monitor timely and accurate maintenance of data related to attendance, leave, over
time etc.
 Ensure completion of joining formalities such as face reading registration, upload
shift duty of new joinee in system.  
 Monitor appropriate maintenance of attendance data for workers for issue warning/
disciplinary/ termination letters as required.
 Compile and submit data on manpower availability on a daily basis.
 Review cost centre summary with respect to manpower cost.
 Complete time sheets showing employees' arrival and departure times.
 Attend team of internal & external auditors to explain.
 Good data analytical skill.
 Ensure timely distribution and maintain records of liveries items. 


10>General Administration & employee grievance handling.
11>Good communication & presentation skill.  
12>Education & Experience:
14>Well versed with computer savvy – MS Office (WORD, EXCEL & POWERPOINT).
