- In this role, to be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Also be responsible for managing visa and legal documents, preparing HR policies, and implementing them in the plant or working area.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Create Job Description for the post and clear roles and responsibility.
- Searching for the candidate through various sources,
- Send shortlist candidate resume to top management or authorized person for the final interview.
- Arrange interview
- make and send offer letter to candidate for the joining process.
- Document verified the of selected candidate then forward data for the visa process.
- Weekly follow up Language test.
- Take approval from HOD for the language or candidate ready for the traveling
- Send visa to candidate or agency for the ticket booking process.
- Send traveling SOP and give guideline for the traveling and travelling bag.
- Vehicle arrange to pick up the candidate from the airport.
Onboarding:
- Creating and implementing effective on boarding process.
- Preparing and issuing welcome letter and take signature on Job Description, company policy,
- Plant visit. HOD Introduction.
- updating personal files of new joiners.
Training and Development:
- Developing training programs,
- Assisting in performance management processes,
- Increment, Rewards and Incentives record maintain.
Legal Compliance:
- Visa, Bank , and legal document record maintain and 3 month before inform to management for visa and legal document expiry date. Send updated visa and legal document to employees.
- Grievance issues handling,
- Maintain legal and personal file of each emp.
Salary and leave:
- Send salary data to account department for salary process and record maintain all the employees.
- Leave manage and record maintain.
Administration:
- Checking attendance and verifying manpower as per department-wise requirements.
- Managing housekeeping arrangements.
- Handling guest house activities.
- Managing canteen operations including tracking Weekly/monthly expenses.
- Handling visitor-related activities.
- Organizing events and birthday celebration.
- Security management.
- Medical work.
- Managing mobile SIMs & phone bills.
- Maintaining gardens.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/MBA/Master.
Proven experience as a HR and Admin Profile or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR and Admin systems work.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good Control on mail.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
