Job Description:

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Quality Management, Business Administration,
etc.).
Certification in ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001) is highly desirable.
Job Location: Vadodara
Experience: 
Proven experience in implementing and maintaining ISO standards in a similar role.
Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
Skill: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibility:
1. ISO Implementation:
Lead the development and implementation of ISO standards within the
organization.
Establish and maintain a framework for compliance with ISO requirements.
2. Documentation Management:
Create, review, and update quality manuals, procedures, and documentation to
ensure compliance with ISO standards.
Manage the document control process to ensure accessibility and accuracy of
relevant documents.
3. Training and Awareness:
Conduct training sessions to create awareness of ISO standards and requirements
among employees.
Work with departments to ensure understanding and compliance with ISO-related
processes.

4. Internal Audits:
Plan and conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with ISO standards.
Collaborate with department heads to address and resolve any identified non-
conformities.
5. Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in line with ISO
standards.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities and
improve processes.
6. External Audits and Certification:
Coordinate external audits conducted by ISO certification bodies.
Prepare the organization for ISO certification and recertification processes.
7. Risk Management:
Analyze risks associated with non-compliance and develop strategies to mitigate
those risks.
Stay informed about changes in ISO standards and update organizational processes
accordingly.
8. Communication:
Serve as a liaison between the organization and ISO certification bodies.
Communicate ISO-related updates and requirements to relevant stakeholders.
