In this dynamic role, you'll be leading and architecting solutions for D365 Finance and Operations team. Your responsibilities will center around partnering with our project management team to ensure the successful delivery of solutions. You will manage the project solution scope, working closely with internal customers and external vendors. Your influential leadership and direction will be the driving force behind shaping application functionality.

The role could be based anywhere in Europe, either from one of our global sites or remotely. The role will require you to travel internationally at times.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Solution Design: Develop comprehensive solutions aligning with business requirements.
2. System Integration: Design and coordinate integration with other systems and applications.
3. Requirements Analysis: Capture and analyze functional and technical requirements.
4. Architecture Planning: Create and maintain solution architecture, data models, and configurations.
5. Standardization: Guide standardization and configuration to meet specific business need when avoiding customizations.
6. Technical Guidance: Provide leadership and best guidance to development teams.
7. Performance Optimization: Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
8. Security Design: Implement and maintain robust security models and access controls.
9. Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce testing and quality assurance processes.
10. Documentation: Ensure creation and maintenance of technical documentation.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

• Your academic background includes a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Technical/Business IT, or engineering.
• You have a track record of over 5 years in implementing Microsoft Dynamics, including proficiency in system architecture and design. Understanding of data modeling and database design is also essential.
• A good understanding of business processes and workflows is something that comes naturally to you. As well as the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Additionally, your capability to implement complementary third-party solutions like EDI, WMS, and CRM alongside D365 enhances your versatility.
• You are adept at clear communication and efficient time management, ensuring effective collaboration and the meeting of project deadlines. Proficiency in both spoken and written English is a must, facilitating global engagement and precise communication.
