PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify needs and document new requirements for the different applications.
• Document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into development requirements.
• Design prototypes and coordinate approvals.
• Interpret and analyze business processes.
• Develop entity/relationship diagrams.
• Acquire information, analyze and provide solutions.
• Assists in trainings of the different applications.
• Verify the development cycle.
• Segregate requirements into task and prioritize
• Develop timeframes.
• Test every version of the system with users and collect feedback
• Create a continuous feedback cycle so that development, testing, user feedback cycle is shortened.
• Create and distribute usage report.
• Supervise junior Business analysts
• Coordinate all BA tasks.
