Post : Skill : Well versed About Machine Shop Automation, PLC control Panel, Control circuit, Power Circuit, AC Drives, Sensors, Limit Switch, Temperature Controllers, Temperature Sensors Motors, Conveyors , Robotic ,TPM, Preventive Maintenance ,Break Down Maintenance ,Machine shop Equipment Monitoring, Team work, Disciplined, Safety
Technical Exposure :
- Analyze machinery breakdowns and implement corrective actions to improve the machine uptime.
- Monitor preventive and condition based Maintenance activities Monitor & control consumption of spare parts and suggest improvements.
- Implementation of various cost reduction programs in Maintenance including spare parts and in house repairs.
- Siemens PLC (S-7 200, 300, 400) programming, Mitsubishi Electric(Q, Fx series) & Allen Bradley Plc programming, Networking (Profibus can bus, Ethernet& modbus) and trouble shooting at hardware & software level.
- Knowledge of various type of sensors like proximity, photo sensors, level sensors, shaft encoders, TC & RTD’s.
- Installation and commissioning of PLC’s.
- Having work experience with FANUC, MOTOMAN and PANASONIC ROBOT.
- Having work experience with CNC machines, VMC machines and controls .
- Working on CNC and VMC machines of various companies like HAAS, MAKINO, DOOSAN.
- Knowledge of FANUC (I series and OI series) and Siemens servo control system.
- Working with Siemens, Fanuc control on CNC and VMC machines .
- Troubleshooting, wiring of interlink network PLC system for multipurpose uses.
- Troubleshooting of AC drives of schneider,ABB,allen bradly,OMRON,MITSUBHISHI and Delta. Installation and commissioning also.
- Worked on servomechanism with using position control devices encoders, cam positioned.
- Troubleshooting of electrical control circuits with DOL ,star delta, magnetic contactors, relays, timers etc.
- Troubleshooting, overhauling and preventive maintenance of single / three phase induction motors, and AC/DC servo motors.
- Operation and maintenance of pneumatic and vacuum systems using solenoid valves, cylinders (linear, rotary), actuator (SMC/ FESTO), vacuum pumps etc.
- Development, troubleshooting and maintenance of relay based hard wired system for multipurpose uses.
- Operation and general maintenance of electrical power system.
- Maintaining documented records of breakdowns and maintenance related data.
- Preparing daily MIS and send accordingly to departments.
- Keep records of maintenance targets and proposing suitable actions if targets not achieved.
- Keep records of MTTR, MTBF, breakdown percentage and assist if target not achieved.
- Performing 8D analysis for monthly breakdown and suggest corrective action.
- Taking follow up for maintenance related spares and ensure timely delivery.
- Working on electrical breakdowns and take appropriate action to solve.
- Focus on Preventive Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance to prevent heavy and long breakdowns.
- Knowledge of documentation according the customers requirement MTTR and MTBF, Pareto charts and other trending graphs of breakdown and consumption.
- Management of Critical Spare parts and Maintenance Stock.
