Expert/Consultant in Strategic Planning & Institutional Performance

Holds a first university degree in any related specialty.
Has at least 10 years of experience.
Must have the ability to perform the following tasks:
• Experienced in the field of strategic planning, institutional performance management, and working in the economic or customs sector.
• He holds the professional certificates KPIP - BSC - SPP
• The ability to collect and analyze data and transform it into valuable visuals.
• Ability to use data analysis tools and performance management programs.
• Knowledge of best practices in the field of performance indicators.
• Familiarity with Arabic and English.
• The ability to develop and update strategic and operational performance indicators and risk indicators for implementing the strategic plan.
• Preparing a report to evaluate the safety of performance indicators.
• Document performance indicators in a dedicated card that includes historical data where applicable.
• Providing a model of the strategic map that explains the connection between the strategic field and the operational field.
• Preparing a guide to clarify the basic definitions of strategic and operational indicators - how to develop performance indicators - monitoring and evaluation mechanism - improving and modifying indicators - challenges and associated risks.
