Boiler first class operators take responsibility for the operation, servicing, and repair of high pressure steam boilers, pumps, motors, oil heaters, gas controls, emergency power generators, coal stokers, fly ash arresters, forced draft systems, safety devices, turbines, boiler controls, and recording devices.

Company Profile

The company is in midst of implementing a 0.42 Million Tonne Per Annum (MTPA) integrated steel plant to produce steel. Steel thus produced will consume 0.315 Million Tonne Sponge Iron from the proposed unit and 0.03 Million Tonne from the existing unit. Thus consuming the entire quantity of high grade sponge iron produced in its own manufacturing facilities. When iron is smelted from its ore by commercial processes, it contains more carbon, phosphorus, sulphar etc. than is desirable. To produce high quality steel, the elements must be brought to the within the desirable limits. The liquid steel is processed through AOD and VOD furnaces to achieve the desirable limits of elements. The liquid is then continuously casted into long slabs or through ingots.
