Roles and Responsibilities

  • Communicating with Projects Head & other department personnel regularly, to assess purchase needs.
  • New vendor development, maintaining vendor records & vendor selection (obtaining ations, negotiations & preparing vendor comparison statements).
  • PO management - Generating POs where required, tracking PO performance & maintaining purchase records.
  • Communicating with Projects to confirm product delivery, installation & quality check.
  • Approving vendor bills and processing vendor payments.

Required Skills and Work Experience :

  • Candidate should be from a PEB supplier or PEB Manufacturing company.
  • 3-5 years- experience in a Purchase role (including vendor development).
  • Effective listening, communication (verbal and written) and outstanding negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen. Should be proactive & work well with little supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • -Candidate should have experienced in purchasing Sheet Metal Fabrication items (Mandatory)
  • Candidate should have experience in manufacturing industry enabling him to understand engineering products (Mandatory)
