Business Analyst / QA analyst

Job Description:

• 1+ years of BI Testing and Quality Assurance Expertise focused on Web-based enterprise applications.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with test plan development, functional test automation, performance testing and warehouse data testing
• 1+ years’ experience in SQL/data verification testing
• Technical expertise regarding data models, data triangulation and data discrepancy
• Expertise in database testing in SQL Server environments including manipulating test data, validating stored procs, jobs, triggers.
• Promotes innovation and thinks outside of the box.
• Coordinate subject matter experts to solicit business requirements.
• Create and validate the current and future-state processes with business partners, analyze processes to identify business opportunities and areas of improvement.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders (Business, IT, Customers)
• Build and manage relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Supports the project management team in proactively identifying and communicating issues in scope or opportunities for work.
• Support the QA department must be a team player.
• Provide ideas and coordination for maturing of quality assurance program within the global MIS reporting team.

• Support in Product Configurations and assistance Documentation
• Working with our US BA team

Qualifications for business analyst / QA analyst

• Ideal candidate will possess 1+ years’ experience in systems processes, analysis, design and implementation and monitoring system projects.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in data gathering and facilitation techniques
• Experience with system integration testing, load/performance/stress testing and automated testing tools (SOAP UI, WinRunner, LoadRunner)
• Testing experience with Web services and User Interfaces
• Excellent oral, written and communication skills to collaborate with various internal and external teams.
• Experience working with full Software development life cycle.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
• Experience writing design documentation, user guides, test plans.
