Designation:       Jr. Engineer

Qualification:     BE/DME

Job Skill required:           

1              Basic Knowledge of Injection Moulding Process.

2              Knowledge Of Polymer Material.

3              Basic Knowledge of Machine And Mould Maintenance.

4              Knowledge of post molding operations.

5              Knowledge of assembly line handling

6              Knowledge of JH

7              Process Optimization

Roles and responsibilities:           

1              Stage wise/cell wise man power allocation

2              M/c start up as per standard process.

3              RM & Consumable issue from stores as per production plan

4              Preparation of mold change as per plan

5              To handle troubleshooting.

6              To monitor the rework and rejection.

7              Maintain 1s/2s of cell

8              JH check sheet updation

9              DWM layer audit

10           Material handling system arrangement

11           On Job training to new operator.

12           Hourly production report filling.

13           Daily production dated posting in SAP
