Department:      MOULD PRODUCTION

Place:    BAPL 3K, AURANGABAD

Designation:       Production Incharge

Qualification:     BE / DME

Job Skill required:           

1              Knowledge of injection molding process.

2              Basic knowledge of plastic material

3              Basic knowledge of mold & machine.

4              Knowledge of post molding operations.

5              Knowledge of Vibration welding ( If Possible)

6              Manpower handling

7              SAP System

8              Knowledge of TS 16949 / TPM / ISO 14000 & ISO 18000

Roles and responsibilities:           

1              Responsible to Handle Overall Shift Activities.

2              Deployment of Manpower As per Skill.

3              Close Cordination with Service Department.

4              To Meet The Production Schedule.

5              To Monitor and Produce Defect Free Components.

6              To monitor the rework and rejection.

7              Troubleshooting. - To Set stabilized and economical process.

8              Maintain and Impliment the TS / TPM/DWM system.

9              To monitor the supply as per customer requirement.

10           Close monitoring on Inventory Level.

11           To qualify the processes in consultation with Q.A.  Also to monitor the validation of qualified processes.
