Sales & Service Engineer
Job Description:
Responsible for Component level / Board level repair of Ultrasound / Color Doppler machine at customer
Premises / Service Centre during warranty and post warranty period.
Responsible for live demo of our products / customer training. Should be able to handle customer queries, during demo.
Responsible for selling AMC to customers, providing service against AMC and collection of Repair / AMC dues, from customer.
Installing, testing, demonstrations and calibrating and of medical equipment
Service and repair of medical equipment
Training end users
Ensuring & maintaining safe operations.
Work on new technologies / equipment by conducting tests while ensuring adherence to codes and making modifications.
Excellent English & Hindi Communication Skills
Product: Ultrasound , patient monitors , infusion pumps , defribilators , pulse oximetwrs
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience
Salary: No bar for right candidate
Education: B-Tech graduate / Degree / Diploma in (Electrical / Bio-medical) with line experience and computer proficiency
Location: Ahmedabad
Operational Area: Gujarat , Mahrastra , MP , Chattisgarh
