Job Description:
Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
To articulate and deliver ideas in line with corporate policies, HR administrators must have strong written, oral, and internal communication abilities. They also assist in interviewing candidates, which calls for good listening skills to hear out workers who have workplace issues
