Manager - HR BP
Job Description:
- Monitor investigation and action taken on Employee Grievances/ Disciplinary issues, and violations of ethical norms for the corporate office.
- Provide coaching & counseling for the corporate office, in order to build a motivated team; and ensure smooth & cordial relations.
- Connect with employees and managers to understand the pulse of the organization.
- Drive employee’s participation in engagement events.
- Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals and align HR strategies accordingly.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Utilize GPTW (Great Place to Work) principles to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Actively participate in GPTW - continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience as an HRBP with a focus on creating a great workplace. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Familiarity with GPTW methodologies and commitment to their implementation.
- Partner closely with leadership to integrate GPTW principles and company Values into organizational strategies
