Job Description:

 

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Primary Role:  Role requires to develop Instructional design based new age content for classroom & digital learning related to health insurance products, processes & selling skills.
  • Create unique, user-friendly, and informative content for classroom and digital learning, while adhering to the best practices
  • content Do management - Maintain resource library, timely dissemination to relevant stakeholders
  • Conduct 'Train The Trainer' sessions to enable the training team on the developed content

 

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates

  • Post Graduate/ Graduate
  • Min. 3 -5 years of experience in content development
  • Insurance industry exposure (preferred)
