Job Description:
1. Managing Back Office administrative tasks
2. To assist HR Department
3. Ordering and keep a count on Office Supplies
4. Travel Assistance - Ticket, Hotel & Cab Booking
5. Managing House Keeping
6. General Administrative Tasks
7. Hiring and coordinating with Recruitment Consultants
8. Job Posting on Job Portals
9. Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly
10. Facilitating newcomers joining formalities – Offer letter / Appointment letter
11. Conducting Induction Plan
12. Facilitating F & F / Exit formalities
13. Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly
14. Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
15. Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/attendance as per the
requirement in consultation with the management
16. Manage festivals & other celebrations
17. Employee Engagement Activities
18. Coordinate with PF & HR Consultant
