Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Motion Graphics Designer with 3-5years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our product and content teams to ensure that our e-learning products and services meet high-quality standards in terms of content, user experience, and technical functionality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Expertise: Craft compelling motion graphics for our digital platforms including eLearning, websites, corporate videos, and marketing demos.
  • Project Planning: Contribute to design plans, concepts, and layouts for motion graphics projects.
  • Video Editing: Take charge of editing raw video footage and amplifying it with captivating effects.
  • Asset Development: Generate a wide range of graphical assets, from illustrations and animations to video content.
  • Visual Design: Implement innovative visual designs, iconography, and illustrations that align with our brand. eLearning Contributions: Play a key role in converting complex concepts into engaging and innovative eLearning solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Engage actively in brainstorming sessions to share and develop new design perspectives.
  • Industry Awareness: Show an active interest in eLearning industry trends and best practices to always stay ahead.
  • Course Material Production: Ensure the aesthetic quality of eLearning courses, handling everything from image and video editing to text and graphic alignment. Required Primary Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, along with a strong portfolio of sample projects.
  • 2-3 years of experience within the e-learning domain preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of video editing, Adobe After Effects,
  • Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
  • Familiarity with sound effects, color grading, and recent innovations in the field.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design considered a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Effective time management and decision-making skills are essential, with an ability to exercise independent judgment.
