The Social Media Marketing Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving our social media strategy through data analysis, performance measurement, and strategic insights. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations to enhance our social media presence. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis: ● Conduct in-depth analysis of social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates. ● Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights to optimize social media campaigns. ● Generate regular reports to track and communicate the effectiveness of social media initiatives. Campaign Performance: ● Monitor and evaluate the performance of social media campaigns across various platforms

● Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness. ● Collaborate with the marketing team to implement changes based on performance analysis. Competitor Analysis: ● Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and benchmarks in the industry. ● Stay informed about changes in the social media landscape and competitor strategies. ● Provide recommendations for staying competitive in the digital space. Audience Insights: ● Utilize social listening tools to gather insights into audience behavior and preferences. ● Segment and analyze audience data to tailor content and messaging for specific target groups. ● Identify opportunities for expanding and engaging the target audience. Content Optimization: ● Collaborate with content creators to align content strategies with audience preferences. ● Recommend content optimizations based on data analysis to improve engagement. ● A/B test content variations to determine the most effective approaches. Ad Spend Management: ● Monitor and analyze social media ad performance, optimizing budget allocation for maximum ROI. ● Provide recommendations on ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies. Qualifications: ● Proven experience in social media analytics and marketing.

● Strong proficiency in analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights). ● Excellent data interpretation and presentation skills. ● Familiarity with social media advertising platforms. ● Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. ● Strong written and verbal communication skills. Office Timings - 10 AM - 7 PM (With alternate Saturdays off and Fixed Sundays Off) Academic Qualifications - Any graduate Location - Saket, South Delhi Budget - upto 5 lpa + annual performance bonus of upto 30% No. of positions - 01
