Job Description:

Responsible for New Product Development, In-process, Final Inspection & Customer Quality.

Process Audit & implementation of corrective & preventive action for continuous improvement & minimizing online defects.

Responsible for Customer complaint analysis & submit action plan to customer in 5 rule sheet formats.

Responsible for new gauge Design for In process & Final Inspection.

Responsible for rejection and Rework Handling.

Monitoring & Reducing under Inspection down Time.

Daily defect Monitoring and execution as per line, Responsible for Gauge Calibration.

Handling customer complaints and carrying out Countermeasure Verification to prevent further complaints.

New part development and Sample part submission at customer end.

Making of format for inspection of FIR & PIR of in-house components. 

Daily Rejection meeting and take corrective action as decided.

Maintaion5’S, quality, safety standards.

Problem solving by 7QC TOOL. 

Responsible for weekly & monthly MIS.

Layout inspection and functional testing of in-house product.

Implementation Poka Yoke online reduce in-house rejection.

To reduce monthly In-House Rejections. • Customer Complaint analysis & actions with Engineering & Design team. • Line Audit as per control plan. • Monitoring and auditing of products to ensure high standards of quality. • Keeping quality documentation up to date. • Arranging the repair of any Quality related equipment that is malfunctioning. • Ensuring non-conforming components are identified and placed on rejection area. • Ensuring activities in the quality plan are carried out. Coordinating the investigation of customer complaints. • We have work in reduce rejection PPM.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Candidates Must be B. Tech / Diploma Mechanical with 10-12 Year Experience in Quality Management

Extensive knowledge of QA best practices cause identification and able to take appropriate action to resolve it.

• Well versed in 7QC Tools, 8D, MSA, CAPA, PPAP and SPC.

• Well versed in IDEA, KAIZEN, COST SAVING, POKA YOKE, 5S.

• Possess strong problem solving and communication skills.

• Possess keen interest to upgrade the skills by staying abreast with the latest technological developments.

• Possess a learning attitude with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.

• Excellent skills in working successfully in a multi-stakeholder environment, focusing on
