Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Social Media Manager for a reputed company at the Navi Mumbai (Ghansoli) location.

Job Summary:

The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's overall social media strategy. This includes creating engaging content, managing social media channels, analysing performance metrics, and staying abreast of industry trends. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for social media and a strong understanding of various platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Content Creation:
  • Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice, values, and marketing goals.
  • Community Management:
  • Foster and maintain a positive online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, discussions, and opportunities to join relevant conversations.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into overall marketing campaigns.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Use social media analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Make data-driven recommendations to optimize content and strategy.
  • Social media advertising:
  • Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and budget management.
  • Stay updated on advertising trends and platform updates to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive branding across all channels.
  • Work closely with influencers, partners, and other collaborators to expand reach and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
