Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Executive/Jr. Executive – Accounts for a reputed FMCG MNC company at Delhi (Okhla Phase 3) location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep track of daily bank transactions and accounts balances.
- Prepare and send reports on daily sales collections.
- Create a weekly report on bounced cheque.
- Monitor and report pending NEFT transactions.
- Record other receipts and maintain records.
- Communicate details of new NEFT templates with various center's.
- Booking of the general expenses and invoices as per GST related to the employee’s reimbursement.
- Creation of the customers code in Navision.
Candidates Profile:
- Knowledge of MS Excel and GST.
- Knowledge of Accounting entries.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Navision/Business Central will give advantage.
- Male candidate with pleasant personality, good communication skill with Good in MS Excel and ERP Microsoft Navision (Preferable).
