Aware with Prepress , & Offset ptg, Post production can supervise until
dispatch.
Manages procedures, shipping and orders for USA shipments from warehouse
Tracks all PO’s and maintains up-to-date budget
Creates pages for a catalog by placing images and text onto a template using digital asset management software
Check materials for quality and quantity prior to production
Obtain required approvals, ensure documents and samples are complete before transferring to next production stage apply understanding of weights and measurements
Adhere to branding guidelines
Perform report roll forwards maintaining the integrity of all embedded accounting formulas in tables
Ongoing report and presentation formatting
Format proposal page layouts per specified branding requirements, including copy, tables and positioning graphics, as needed
Compile Excel/Word files to create PDF files
