  • You will be responsible for profitable sales growth by developing sales opportunities and acquiring new customers (OEMs, System integrators and Distributors) based in India with responsibility for the Integration/OEM division.
  • Integration/OEM group is highly knowledge driven and responsible for Business with OEMs for the products like Controllers (PLCs), HMIs, Sensors, Displays, Solutions.
  • We are looking for a potential candidate who can be a strong front face for the division and can drive technical sales.
  • Considering our leading market position and potential businesses with larege OEMs, this position will give equal opportunity to candidate for growing individually as well.  

 

Qualification:

 BE/BTech - Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation  + MBA in Sales/Marketing.

 

Work Experience:

  • 2 - 5 years of successful technical sales (techno commercial) working experience with proven track record within B2B environments, in the area of Industrial Automation or Off Highway Industry/Mobile Automation.  
  • Added advantage if experienced in Industrial Automation or Automotive/off highway OEM sales. (PLCs, Displays, Sensors, Vehicle electronics) Strong Understanding in Technical Sales, Automated machinery, Electro mechanical systems, Vehicle automation (good to have).
  • Ability to understand OEM/Customer requirements and propose a solution.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Ability to interact and consult with internal development team.

 Language: Fluency in spoken and written English, Gujarati, Hindi

 Skills:

  • Good business communication skills.
  • Skilled in creation and presentation of compelling value proopositions, business presentations and public speaking.
  • Ability for engagement and interacting with senior engineering, technical personnel, as well as purchasing.
  • Ability to understand machine automation requirements.
