Asst Manager / Manager Maintenance injection Moulding -Blow moulding

Job Description:

Strategic Planning:

1) Develop and implement strategic plans for maintenance activities based on industry best practices.

2) Manage and optimize maintenance schedules to ensure maximum plant, machinery, and utility availability while minimizing costs.

 

Preventive Maintenance:

1) Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities for moulds, ensuring their optimal performance.

2) Monitor the availability of moulds and implement measures to minimize downtime.

 

Breakdown Management:

1) Monitor and analyze machine and mould breakdowns.

2) Ensure timely and effective repairs to minimize Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and increase Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).

 

Team Leadership:

1) Train, motivate, and manage maintenance staff to ensure competence and achievement of performance objectives.

2) Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

 

Cost Reduction Initiatives:

1) Manage energy reduction and maintenance programs to reduce overall maintenance, energy, and utility costs.

2) Identify and implement cost-effective measures without compromising operational efficiency.

 

Automation and Efficiency:

1) Identify opportunities for automation in packaging, assembly operations, material handling, and mould loading.

2) Implement initiatives, including quick changeover techniques, to enhance operational efficiency

 

Training and Compliance:

1) Train maintenance staff in understanding and adherence to ISO Standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

2) Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

12-15 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance of Injection & Blow Moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of ISO Standards and SOPs.
