Job Description:

Assist in development and implementation of existing human resource policies &
promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
o Worked on new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR
department and organization and to improve employee experience
o Maintain employee personnel files.
o Handling employees’ queries on HR-related topics.
o Responsible for MIS and other reports as per the requirement.
o Proficient knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus.
o Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
o Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of General HR
procedures and policies.
o Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Planning.
o Monitoring & maintenance of Company Vehicles, Laptop, Mobiles and office equipment
including fire Hydrants & Cylinders.
o Exposure to Organization Development & Effectiveness Strategies
o Establish and maintain relationship with the External Vendors and agencies.
o Co-ordinate with various internal departments.
o Taking care POSH activities (Prevention of Sexual Harassment Policy) at work Place
o Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal Act, 2013.
o Every day activity/weekly/monthly work at Google Sheet (FMS).

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Must be MBA with HR 10-12 Year Experience in HR

Payroll Management ,Manpower handling (Payroll & Off Role), Contract Management
(Manpower & Compliance), System Audit’s, Operations Management, Factory act
certificate , Government authority compliance related to Factory act, Work on Google
Sheet also at HR related (FMS).Talent Acquisition Talent M a n a g e m e n t Induction / Orientation
Training & Development Employee Engagement Joining & Documentation Salary Planning &
negotiation, Leave Management Management Information System Exit Management, Policy
Formulation,
