Job Description:
| Responsible for supervising the shift activities of the production floor. |
| Minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity with maximization of men, material & machine. |
| Preparation of daily & weekly shift schedule to meet the production requirement. |
| To ensure systematic and proper running equipments for full targeted output. |
| Responsible for Manpower planning and coordinating and motivating the entire team for higher productivity. |
| Handling and maintain the ISO documents . |
| Implementation of 5s activities on the production floor. |
| Ensuring adherence to quality standards, implementing stringent quality control systems and reduce rejection level & rework. |
| Generating & Maintaining production reports by applying knowledge of Kaizen, 7 QC tools etc. |
| Should have knowledge of Kanban, JIT, Poka Yoke, QS-9000, TS 16949, TPM etc. |
