Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY: The incumbent will be responsible for onboarding any new or existing partnerships, and have to work closely with internal and external stakeholders closely for timely delivery of the projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Banca projects fulfillment from Initiation to BAU – New partnership and coverage of white space opportunities within existing.
- Governance with respect to Go-live of the projects within agreed timelines.
- Cross-functional working for ensuring the timelines are met.
- Understand the competition best practices to implement wherever applicable
- Understanding and Designing of the Sales process, for new partnerships and identifying the scope of automation in the existing processes to build sales efficiency.
STAKEHOLDERS MANAGEMENT
- Internal : Business Development, Onboarding, Marketing, Training, Products & Actuarial, Legal & Compliance
- External : Digital partnerships, Third Party Product teams of WAs, CAs, Brokers and NBFCs MEASURES of SUCCESS :

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- University post graduate preferably MBA (part time or full time) or Graduate
- Relevant project management experience
KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS REQUIRED
- GTM Strategy, Sales Process, New client onboarding, Go to Market, Business Development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a cross-functional team and handle conflicts in tactful manner.
