Experience: Minimum 5 years
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain firewalls, ensuring network security and integrity.
Implement and oversee cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
Manage and deploy antivirus solutions across all company systems.
Provide support for System Integration (SI) work related to software reselling.
Offer expertise in cloud services, including Azure and AWS.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues for internal staff and clients.
Maintain documentation of systems and processes.
Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support roles.
Strong knowledge of firewalls, cybersecurity, and antivirus solutions.
Experience with System Integration (SI) work in a software reselling environment.
Proficiency in cloud services such as Azure and AWS.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
