- To visit the site where the accident/ damage has taken place.
- To inspect the site.
- To assess the amount of damage that has happened
- To click photographs of the damaged site.
- To assess the amount of claim to be provided to the policy holder.
- To send the detailed report to the company for setllement of claim.
