• Installation & Commissioning of new equipment and hand over to customer.
• Provide training for operational &maintenance of machine to operator & maintenance person .
• Handle customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem and provide appropriate solutions to solve the problem.
• Manage  customer calls and Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media or onsite.
• Generate spares parts leads

Qualification / Skill :

• Diploma/ Degree in mechanical with experience in related field or equivalent.
• Strong problem solving skills and Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must be able to understand drawing .
• Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.
• Good Verbal and written communication skill.
