Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets in both domestic and international markets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product expansion and market penetration.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to drive results and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure the team's success in both domestic and international sales efforts.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability goals in both domestic and international markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and expand market reach.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and enter new markets, ensuring the brand's presence and growth in both domestic and international territories.
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales achievements, opportunities, and challenges for management review.
  • Travel Management: Be willing to travel extensively, up to 80% of the time, to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities.

Effectively plan and organize travel schedules to maximize productivity and optimize resources.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • Proven experience of 10+ years in sales management, with a focus on RTE and RTC products, gravies, sauces, ketchup, and paste.
  • Experience in both domestic and international sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage successful sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, develop actionable insights, and implement effective strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth and maximizing profitability.
