HR & Operations Executive
Job Description:
B.com or above, Tally and MS Office knowledge is MUST.
Min 1-2 years experience
Order Management:
Oversee end-to-end order processing and fulfillment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order execution.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to prevent stockouts.
Client Coordination:
Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with sales and order management teams to meet order, sampling and quotation timelines.
Internal Team Coordination:
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among different departments.
Assist in the planning and execution of team-building activities.
Manage employee salary, leave, attendance and other processes as laid down by company
Recruitment:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to on boarding.
Source and screen potential candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate hiring decisions.
Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placements.
Routine Operational Work:
Oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR and operational policies.
