Facilities Manager
Job Description:
- Managing Housekeeping and Security staff & Canteen ( Cafe)
- Managing Housekeeping and Stationary materials and reorder in time
- Raising request every month for Housekeeping and stationary materials
- Coordination with building owner / Maintenance team on facility related issues
- Managing attendance of Housekeeping & Security staff
- Raising vendor invoice for the payment
- Managing the facility work like plumbing, electrical, carpentry work etc.,
- Coordination with respective departments on conducting of event /Activity
- Issuing of Temporary cards.
- Report to HR for employee grievance and various issues /queries on leave policy, shift policy, salary payment etc.
- Responsible for payment of Telephone, Electricity & Cell phone bills and Liasoning with all these departments.
- Maintaining the leave records and other statutory records
- Vendor Selection
- Supervision of UPS, EPABX, office Machines, pest control, Carpentry, interior decorations
- Arranging Hotel accommodation for guests & employees.
