Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Preparation of a list of participants for each training program in advance and share the final list with the concerned cluster trainer
- Conduct refresher sales and product training at the regional level as directed by the Zonal Manager
- Conduct induction training of new CSO's
- Develop and share action plans every month with their respective Zonal Managers and HO team
- Ensure to cater to the training needs of all new joiners at the regional level and discuss the same with HO team
- Coordination for training programs with various departments and also report the same to their concerned reporting authority
- Documentation of overall training records/feedback reviews.
- Responsible for post-training Monitoring
- Responsible for post-training assessment
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Any Graduate with 4-8 years of experience as a Trainer in BFSI or NBFC industry domain
- Identifying and tracking of training needs of the Department
- Management disciplines
- Resource management
- Customer service
- Budget control
- Risk assessment
