Sales, Business Development and Key Account Management of Auto PV OEMs
• New Business Development and acquisition of new prospects
• Monitoring monthly schedule from OEMs and accessing it with PPC Team for timely catering to OEMs along
with annual budgeting vs supply and implementing risk mitigation strategies & plan to overcome gaps
• Accessing the current landscape as per Auto PV OEMs and creating a strategic business development
roadmap to grow & accelerate company’s business in line with the overall company’s strategic direction
• RFQ generation and successful submission of quote against RFQ/SOR in a timely manner
• Coordinating with Engineering Team to better understand Customer’s exact requirement and support
Customer promptly & pertinently before Business Nomination
• Responsible for Support and Justification of strategic decisions concerning customers
• Stringent Price Negotiation and various strategic pricing to maintain profitability
• Following up and implementing effective Raw Material Indexing and price Correction with Key Accounts
• Presenting Sales Data to Management and CFT to indicate clear picture & market trend in comparison with
company’s current status & future strategy to enhance Current Business with realistic growth
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Candidates must have 25-30 Year Experience in Domestic and international OEM Business Development
Oversight of all aspects of operational performance; Profit and losses, Achieving targets (commercial and
projects related); performance evaluation, progressive discipline, achieving customer satisfaction
• Key responsible person for the projects handled
• Managed team of Team Leaders, Quality Engineers, Supervisors & Quality Inspectors for various Quality
Inspection tasks, issues & decisions (Handled team of above 100)
• Created action plan with defined target dates and responsibilities
• Attended, Analysed & Resolved Customer Complaints at OEM end and ensuring proper timely CA
• Suggesting Process improvements in order to improve overall efficiency
• Skill Development and leadership of team for ongoing/new projects
• Established development programs for staff in regard to all aspects of workplace performance and
professional development
• Efficiently Handled Quality Management Projects and Vehicle Test Driving Project as well
• Cross selling business development ideas and models
