Job Description:

Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the organization's goals, including increasing online visibility and engagement.

Content Creation: Create compelling and impact digital content, including website content, blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and more, to engage and inform our audience.

Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn by creating and sharing relevant and engaging content.

Email Marketing: Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to communicate with prospect supporters, and subscribers, promoting events, campaigns, and updates.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement SEO strategies to improve the organization's search engine rankings and website visibility, driving organic traffic.

Paid Advertising: Create and manage online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads, to increase brand awareness and drive donations.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor digital marketing analytics and performance metrics, track campaign results, and provide regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of our efforts.

Community Engagement: Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions with our audience.

Website Management: Maintain and update the organization's website, ensuring it remains user-friendly and up-to-date with current information.

Crisis Management: Handle sensitive or crisis situations on digital platforms with professionalism and in alignment with our organization's values.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word

Familiarity with Coreldraw, Canva, and similar editing tools is advantageous

Experience: 2+ years
