Assistant Manager - HR & IR - Manufacturing Industry (Garment) - Kolkata (Chandipur)
Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Assistant Manager - HR & IR for a reputed Company for Kolkata (Chandipur) location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain harmonious Industrial Relations and prompt grievance handling of employees
- Managing Statutory Compliances related to labour laws
- File returns, ensure renewal of licenses for Trade license, Fire License, Pollution and CLRA, LWF etc.
- Manage Industrial Dispute, Trade Unions, Wage Negotiation etc.
- Responsible for Social Audit clearance and compliances under Factory Act, Industrial Dispute Act, Standing Order, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Payment of wages, Minimum Wages , Contract Labor Regulation Abolition Act etc.
- Liaison with relevant official department and authorities
- Maintain all personnel file, wage register, bonus register, sick register, fine register etc. all relevant documents as per law
- Organize health camps, Trainings and engagement events at factory.
Gender - Male
Candidates profile:
- MBA in HR / Labor Laws MUST
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Plant IR
- Advance Excel
- Exposure in managing Audits
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good Liaison skills with relevant departments and authorities
